Very unimpressed. It is now 6 days since I placed my online order and I still haven't received the goods.
One of the items I ordered was not in stock - but there was no indication on the website to suggest this was the case. The main reason I ordered through Dean Woods was for the overnight delivery promise. I should have just ordered from ebay. At least on ebay you know the item won't be listed if they don't have stock. Surely, an online shop should be able to show inventory numbers?
When I phoned the shop to find out what was going on, the staff didn't seem to have any easy way of checking on my order. They had to take my name and a list of the goods and then say they would phone back once they had chased it up, despite me providing the order number which came in the confirmation email. It seems clear to me that Dean Woods Direct does not have adequate systems in place for providing a reliable online retail service.

The service i got from this store was c*** waited two weeks for a pair of arm warmers can not recommend them to anyone.

The site is great as well as the wide range of items, but some sort of sizing guide with measurements for the clothing would be nice.
